Ectos and gold weapons drop aswell. Got a purple req 8 fellblade once and a gold req 12 eternal shield with +29hp and -3/hexed.

As a warrior you'll have to get close, and you'll lose Mantra of Resolve for preventing interrupts. Also as a mesmer you can use interrupts to block the Chained Souls from rending your enchantments.

I was thinking more like an offensive spirit spammer rit. This is how i farm mesmer Bosses, but havent tryed it in tombs on the final bosses

please update, im not a big fan of finding out that builds dont work after spending money on them and capping.. please

Despite what most of the tomb farming posts say the majority of farming tombs seems to have become the gold drops.
Gold drops aren't as common as they say and nor are ectos the main thing is that if you can kill a group of 6 lvl 26-28 monsters that one group will give you 100-400 gold in the first level of tombs you can get 2-6k in gold drops alone and the item drops usually go for about half that at the merchant.
Ectos have seemed to become more rare as with gold drops for me so i think one hench would make the biggest difference with tombs.
